Iowa State and the Greenlee School will host a screening of "Project Enye (ñ): A Voice for First–Generation Latinos between Two Worlds" and a discussion with the filmmaker as part of the university's Latino Heritage Month activities. The presentation will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, in the Memorial Union Great Hall.

The Dallas Morning News' Miles Moffeit will present the tenth annual Chamberlin Lecture on Tuesday, Sept. 27. His lecture, titled, "Investigating the Corrupt while Protecting the Powerless," will focus on the the power of investigative journalism.
As a top communications program, the Greenlee School has earned several distinctions including many awards won by students, publications, clubs, faculty and staff. Outside of the many awards won, the school was successful in its 2016 re-accreditation.
